Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Pool Hustlers account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. If you have a Pool Hustlers account, use the in-app delete account option where available, or email us as below.
2. Or email earl@hustlergames.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request", including your in-game username or player ID and the device platform (iOS/Android).

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, game progress, gameplay history, support correspondence and any marketing preferences. We also ask our analytics and ad partners to delete data linked to your identifiers where possible.

What we may keep

Purchase records required for tax and accounting (up to 6 years), and anonymised statistics that no longer identify you. Virtual Items are lost once your account is deleted and cannot be restored.

Timing

We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Pool Hustlers KO and Rap Stakes competition accounts are held by Skillz; request deletion through the in-app Skillz help menu or see the Skillz Privacy Policy.
