Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

These Terms apply to the Hustler Games website (hustlergames.co.uk) and to our free mobile game Pool Hustlers (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Hustler Games Limited (formerly Pool Hustlers Ltd), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13252491 ("Hustler Games", "we", "us"). 2. Accepting these Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you download Pool Hustlers from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms also apply to your download and purchases.

3. Age

Pool Hustlers is rated 16+ and contains mature themes. It is not designed for or directed at children. You must be at least 16 to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent's or guardian's permission. We may restrict or close an account where we believe a user is under 16.

4. Your access and account

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pool Hustlers on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You can create an account or play as a guest. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Free to play, ads and in-app purchases

  • Pool Hustlers is free to download and play. It shows advertising, which may include rewarded ads you choose to watch.
  • No in-app purchases are currently offered in Pool Hustlers. We may later offer optional virtual items such as in-game currency, token packs or a starter pack ("Virtual Items"); this section will be updated with the list when they go live. Any purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their payment and refund rules apply.
  • Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred outside the game. You receive a licence to use them in-game, not ownership.
  • Pool Hustlers is not a gambling game. There are no cash prizes, deposits or withdrawals in Pool Hustlers. Tournaments in Pool Hustlers are for in-game rewards only.
  • Your right to cancel: digital content is supplied immediately when you buy it. By completing a purchase you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply begins. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty.

6. Fair play

You must not: cheat, use bots, hacks, mods or exploits; reverse engineer, decompile or copy the game; interfere with servers or other players; harass, abuse or impersonate anyone; use offensive usernames; or use the Services unlawfully. We may suspend or end your access, and remove Virtual Items, if you break these rules. Please report bugs and exploits to us rather than using them.

7. Cash competitions (Pool Hustlers KO and Rap Stakes) via Skillz

Pool Hustlers KO and Rap Stakes offer real-money competitions operated through the Skillz platform. Cash competitions, entry fees, prizes, eligibility, payments and withdrawals are governed by Skillz’s own terms, not these Terms. Please read the Skillz Terms of Service before entering. Availability depends on your location and age as determined by Skillz.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Services – including software, artwork, characters, logos, music, sound and gameplay – belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. "Hustler Games", "Pool Hustlers" and our logos are our trade marks. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the game stable and bug-free, but we provide the Services "as is" and can't promise they will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw features, and may need you to install updates. We may eventually stop operating a game; where possible we'll give reasonable notice.

10. Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If defective digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content, we will repair the damage or pay compensation where required by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Services and delete the app at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, tell you in the game. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts. Please contact us first – most issues can be fixed quickly.
