HUSTLER GAMESPrivacy Policy

This policy explains how Hustler Games collects and uses personal data when you use our website (hustlergames.co.uk) and our free mobile game Pool Hustlers. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Hustler Games Limited (formerly Pool Hustlers Ltd), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13252491. Contact us at earl@hustlergames.co.uk. Contact: earl@hustlergames.co.uk. ICO registration: pending with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
For Pool Hustlers KO and Rap Stakes cash competitions, which run through Skillz, see section 9.

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we do not collect precise location.

4. Advertising, analytics and SDKs
Our games use third-party software development kits (SDKs) which may collect device and usage data. Based on our current game builds (reviewed 25 October 2026), these are:
Pool Hustlers
- Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) – advertising SDK included in the game – privacy policy
- Google AdMob (Google) – advertising, as configured in the app builds – privacy policy
- Unity Analytics – gameplay analytics
Pool Hustlers includes a consent gate: players who indicate they are under 13, or who do not consent, receive non-personalised ads only.
Pool Hustlers KO and Rap Stakes
- Google Firebase – app services and push messaging (and, in Pool Hustlers KO, cloud data storage) – privacy information
- Unity Analytics – gameplay analytics
Production configuration and IDs for these SDKs are pending confirmation from our developers. We will update this section if the list changes.
We ask for your consent before personalised advertising, using an in-game consent prompt and, on iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalised. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
5. Children
Pool Hustlers is rated 16+ and is not aimed at or designed for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from under-16s. In line with the Children's Code, we keep data collection to the minimum, privacy settings default to high, personalised ads are off unless consent is given, and we do not use nudge techniques to get people to share more data. If you believe a child under 16 has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Who we share data with
Service providers who help us run the game (hosting, analytics, ad networks, crash reporting, email); Apple and Google as app store platforms; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK (for example in the USA). Where this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum, or the UK–US Data Bridge to protect your data.
8. How long we keep it
We keep game and account data while you play and for up to 24 months after your last activity (unless a longer period is required by law), then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner via our data deletion page or support. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Purchase records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Data is deleted sooner if you ask (see section 10).
9. Third-party competition platforms
Pool Hustlers KO and Rap Stakes cash competitions run through Skillz. Skillz processes the data needed for those competitions (account, identity/age checks, location, payments and withdrawals) as an independent controller under the Skillz Privacy Policy.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use your rights, email earl@hustlergames.co.uk or use our data deletion page. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113), but please contact us first.
11. Website cookies
Our website does not use advertising cookies. It currently uses no analytics cookies, and only strictly necessary cookies if any. No website analytics provider is configured. Our email waitlist (“Join”) form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service: when you submit the form, FormSubmit receives the email address you enter and forwards it to us at earl@hustlergames.co.uk. If we add any other provider, we will update this policy and our Cookie Notice first. See our Cookie Notice for details.
12. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post changes here and tell you in the game about important ones.
